Knoxville – It really seems someone has it out for National Guardsman Doug Edminsten.
In February of 2010 his house was smashed into by a runaway construction truck when he returned home from Iraq for the birth of his son Micah. While opening gifts on Christmas Eve, he received a call from a neighbot who told him about it happening again in almost the exact same spot.
The first time this happened the authorities saw it as such a bad problem they ordered the family to live in a motel while the damage was repaired and evacuated their neighborhood. This time however it seems such a thing wasn't necessary.
Robert Gaylor Odom, the owner of the truck, told authorities he was working on the van's brakes
