Albany, New York - In no time at all Governor Andrew Cuomo became a
joke with the statement “I am the government.”
After spreading quickly on Twitter, someone made a
ringtone based off his statement. Thursday it seemed to hit
mainstream press when the New York Daily News posted a picture with
the governor in a wig as France's Louis XIV, famous for the statement
"I am the state."
